* In order to register under this special fee category you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from the head of your department or copy of your status ID confirming your status.
** The workshop fee is USD 940 for the 3 days, which includes food. This course has a minimum of 30 participants required.

Please do not register for the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Course until you have submitted an application and received a notice of acceptance into the course. Information about the Course and application forms can be found here. Registration available until August 31, 2016.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Conference account on time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Prior to June 28, 2016 – 100% refund
  • From June 29, 2016 until August 23, 2016- 50% refund
  • From August 24, 2016 – No refund

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee 30 USD not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
